Board Meetings
The Memphis Scholars Board of Directors meets as a full board six times a year in the months of August, October, December, January, April, and June. Board meetings typically take place on the fourth Thursday of the above listed months (unless otherwise posted) at 3:00 pm CST. The Board Meetings will take place via Google Meets if schools are closed for in-person instruction, and at Memphis Scholars Florida-Kansas (90 W. Olive St. Memphis, TN 38106) in Room 111 if schools are open for in-person instruction.
2023-2024 Board Meeting Dates:
The Board of Directors has four standing committees (Finance, Governance, Academics, and Strategic Planning and Development) that meet in the months of September, November, February, and May (with the exception of the Finance Committee, which meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month). Committee meetings will take place via Zoom if schools are closed for in-person instruction, and at Memphis Scholars Florida-Kansas (90 W. Olive St. Memphis, TN 38106) in Room 111 if schools are open for in-person instruction. All committee meetings will take place at 12:00 noon CST (unless otherwise posted) on the dates listed below:

Non-Trustees are invited to attend as observers. If you would like to speak at a Memphis Scholars Board of Directors meeting you must email Memphis Scholars Leadership at leadership@memphisscholars.org prior to the meeting to ensure a public comments section is added to the agenda.
